Az 1200-1800 méter mély vöröses szurdokról mindenkinek a forróság, a napsütés, a kietlen sivatagi táj jut az eszébe. Kevesen tudják viszont hogy évente egyszer-kétszer a Grand Canyon-t is eléri a hó.
